The certificate, badge and
letter, that is provided to any individual upon the successful completion
of this assessment is to remain with the individual and becomes his or her
personal property. The individual applying to take the test, must
have been in the employ of an AMDA member business not less than 90 days.Application Fee: $15.00 per applicant.
Member's Regional Director will be responsible to provide the test to the member,
upon confirmation of receipt of this application and the $15.00 fee. |
